I build the software I wish I could find, then explain how it all works.

I'm Hugo Almeida, a product engineer in São Paulo. I work where product meets system. That intersection is what keeps me interested. I mostly use TypeScriptI don't start JavaScript projects without TypeScript anymore. It catches a lot of mistakes early and avoids surprises as the code grows., ReactReact is still my go-to for interfaces. I love Svelte, but when a team has to maintain the project, it's hard to argue with the gold standard., BunBun is my favorite for taking care of the JavaScript ecosystem. I use it as both runtime and package manager, and it replaces a bunch of tools without much fuss., CloudflareCloudflare is my go-to for infrastructure. This entire portfolio and almost all my personal infrastructure run there for next to nothing, and the suite has everything I need for business products too., and Google CloudFor company infrastructure, I go with Google Cloud. It's where FURIA runs, and Cloud Run handles most of what we need without much overhead..

The projects are below, each with the reasoning behind its design. If one catches your eye, get in touch.
